The affairs of the Association are managed by an Executive Committee which shall consist of the following:
- The President
- The Vice President
- Members elected by the Meeting of the Association at the Annual General Meeting
- Members co-opted by the Executive Committee as hereinafter provided.
- 1/3rd (one-third) of the elected Executive Committee shall retire every year by rotation and new members shall be elected in their place. Provided that the members, retiring every year, shall be eligible for re-election at the Annual General Meeting.
